A valid credit card is required at the time of booking.
If you unlink your card on file, your appointment will be canceled, and you will not be able to get serviced.
A 10-minute grace period is allowed for appointments. After this time, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. If you're receiving multiple services, some may be adjusted or omitted to ensure we stay within the scheduled time.
We ask that if you need to cancel/reschedule, you give us at least 24-hour notice. If you cancel/ reschedule within an hour before your appointment your card will be charged 100% of the service.
If you fail to reach out and do not show up to your appointment, your card on file will be charged 100% of the service. If your card declines you will NOT be able to book another appointment until your no show balance is paid.
