A valid credit card is required at the time of booking.
If you unlink your card on file, your appointment will be canceled, and you will not be able to get serviced.
There is a 10 minute grace period. After that time, you will need to reschedule your appointment and your card will be charged 100% of the service.
If you are getting more than one service, you may have to forgo parts of the service to keep it within the time allotted for you.
We ask that if you need to cancel/reschedule, you give us at least 24-hour notice. If you cancel/ reschedule within an hour before your appointment your card will be charged 100% of the service.
If you fail to reach out and do not show up to your appointment, your card on file will be charged 100% of the service. If your card declines you will NOT be able to book another appointment until your no show balance is paid.
